have yarn, will travel

hi folks!!! i’m dipping my toe back into the blog world to let you know about a couple of things i’ve got coming up at the end of this year & the start of next year.

now that i’m properly settled in to a work routine in the home studio, i’m trying to get out and about a bit more – partly to make sure i still get to see all you lovely friends and customers (and so you can see & squish my yarns in person!) and partly to try and avoid becoming even more of a reclusive weirdo than i already am.

and, with Edinburgh Yarn Fest taking a year off in 2020, i’ve got a pretty big gap in my schedule!! so, i’m setting up some shows & trunk shows in various places so i can come and see all you lovely folk.

here’s what i’ve got lined up so far:

  • WonderWool Wales at the Royal Welsh Showground in Builth Wells, 25-26 April 2020
  • The Wool Monty at the Sheffield Arena (in Sheffield, of course!), 13-14 June 2020

there may be one or two other things to add as the year progresses, so keep an eye on my events page and on social media for updates!

i’m trying to balance getting out & about with my autistic need for a lot of downtime, but might still have openings to fit in a couple more trunk shows later in the year – so if you own a yarn shop & want me to visit, let me know (or if you want your local yarn shop to host me, tell them to get in touch)!!!
